Kevin G. Sauls – President and CEO

Mr. Sauls, founded KGS Financial in 2000. We are a consulting firm focusing on IT, derivatives and financial instruments providing customized solutions. We work directly with your firm or through a third-party preferred vendor of your choice.

Being, a proud father of two is awesome. He’s a passionate person, who exemplifies integrity and accountability. Mr. Sauls, career began in 1983, working in New York and later on in London. He’s a member of G.A.R.P. (Global Association of Risk Professionals), an accounting graduate from St. John’s University in NY.

Kevin feels extremely blessed and humbled to have worked domestically and / or internationally either full-time or consulted for Citigroup, Barclays, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Societe Generale, Sanwa’s Primary Dealer, Sanwa Financial Products, Royal Bank of Canada, Booz Allen and Hamilton, Private Investment Fund and other European Banks. Current and prospective clients benefit immensely from Kevin’s unique set of working qualities, innovative training and financial seminars, exceptional people and customer excellence skills, and vast hands on experience acquired by positions held in trading, institutional sales, product and financial control, accounting, risk control, process re-engineering efforts, operations (trading & sales support) and as a derivatives analyst, and senior business analyst. Although expired, Mr. Sauls has passed series 3, 7 and 63 security exams.

Product experience: rates, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, fixed income, cash markets and exchange traded securities, loans, structured products, swaps, mbs, asset backed and otc derivatives.

Mr. Sauls gives back by providing customized derivative workshops and seminars to tomorrow’s potential leaders. He also has participated or been quoted in various derivative /financial sources such as Securities Industry News, FTSE Global Markets, Global Investment Technology and as an invited guest speaker at NYC’s Bayard’s at India House for a Financial Technologies Forum conference Titled “Best Practices For Reconciliations and Exception Management”, he spoke about Extending Automated Reconciliations to the Middle & Front Offices.

Catherine V. Sauls – Executive Vice President

A successful business woman, who is poised, innovative and determined to succeed. Mrs. Sauls expertise encompasses 18+ years in the Wall Street and Corporate arenas, working for Warner Lambert Pharmaceuticals Salomon Brothers, Bear Stearns, Paine Webber, Hyperion Management and Booz, Allen & Hamilton to name a few. She brings a Human Relations, Project Management, Financial and Staffing background, along with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Behavioral Work Improvement Process, Team Leadership, Diversity Initiatives, Marketing and Change Management.

Mrs. Sauls concurrently serves as President and CEO of Career Vision Ambassadors and Executive Director of Programs, a charitable, social, educational, career oriented, tax exempt, non-profit 501c(3) organization (www.careerambassadors.org or 1-800-436-9773 ). It offers critically needed mentorship and leadership training to young women and men struggling from low self-value, poverty, insufficient education, and discrimination along with deteriorating welfare circumstances. Bottom Line: All clients will benefit from donating to this type of youth educational philanthropy.

Luis Lopez – Vice President

An internationally seasoned and multi-lingual Financial Executive, with 16+ years of hands on experience, working with insurance, banking, brokerage and investment banking firms. Luis is a graduate of Fordham’s University, he has held challenging and highly visible positions as a manager of insurance salespersons, derivatives analyst, business analyst and in operations management.

Mr. Lopez, has had the pleasure of working for Barclays, Banco Santander, Unibank, Bony, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and BNP Paribas in various overseas locations in London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Ireland and domestically in New York and other financial Cities. Clients continue to profit considerably from Luis experience, due to his solid derivatives and financial background, as well as his untiring commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
